Robot welding

Semi-automatic manual loading machine for welding transformers.
By means of a robot we carry out the positioning of the welding head at the appropriate angle and position for each terminal to be welded on the transformer.
The welding equipment adds tin automatically.

The tool allows the gripping of 7 variants of the piece, controlling the programmed model at all times.
Cycle time is approximately 5 seconds per terminal depending on transformer format.
