Dosing and cap closing machine

Automatic equipment synchronized with injector manufacturing at a production of 4500-5000 pieces/hour.
The process consists of feeding a dose of silica gel inside the cap and then closing it with a die-cut cardboard disk directly inside the machine.
During the assembly, various inspections of the process are carried out, separating at the end the correct parts from the defective ones.
