Capsule washer assembly machine (4 models)
Semi-automatic machine for the automatic assembly of washers in capsules.
The tools for all capsule models have been arranged on the plate, so that format changes are practically instantaneous.
The operator is limited to manually feeding the capsules, while the machine automatically dispenses and mounts the metal washers in their location on the capsules.
In subsequent phases, the existence and correct assembly of the washers is checked and subsequently they are evacuated in the Ok or NOk parts duct.
The production of this machine is 1300 pieces/hour.
